Lisa Cooper
Managing Director
Lisa joined the Clissold team in 1998 in the role of accountant. Since then, she has progressed to finance director and eventually to managing director in 2008. Lisa leads a strong, loyal team in Design, Production, Finance and Sales, giving quick responses to any sales enquiries we receive.
Richard Chambers
Design Director
Richard joined Clissold in 1998 as a Designer. Now as Design Director, with his experience and technical knowledge, he leads a design and sales team that is rich in experience and youth. The team are focused on developing seasonal collections and customised developments which are key for the sales team, and help in understanding customer requirements.

Debra Rutter
Senior Design and Sales Manager
Debbie joined Clissold in 2023 with a wealth of experience in the textile industry specialising in interior and apparel Jacquard design and quality control. Debbie brings a new design approach to the design team and is a key member of the sales team developing relationships with customers and their design requirements across the globe.
Harriet Pickering-Jones
Senior Design and Sales Manager
Harriet is a familiar face at Clissold, rejoining the team in 2024 after a 7-year absence. Working alongside the rest of the sales and design team, you will find her attending most of the trade shows, discussing custom developments. In the office she is always looking for innovations and developing new fabric qualities.
Emma Hope
Design and Sales Assistant
Emma is our Design and Sales Assistant having joined the company as a textile design graduate in 2023. Her responsibilities include coordinating our seasonal collections, social media and working on custom developments.

Nathalie Opitz
Production Coordinator
Nathalie has utilised her expertise in textile design, supply chain, and operations in her role as a Production Coordinator since joining the company in 2015. She is responsible for sourcing ethically produced raw materials from suppliers and managing day-to-day production-related activities. Nathalie is our Group Sustainability Manager.
Prabhjot Kaur
Design and Production Assistant
Prab joined the business in 2024 as Design and Production Assistant having graduated in textile design in 2022. Having gained experience in production and quality control, Prab has been a key addition to the production department whilst developing her design skills and keen eye for colour within the creative team.

Lee Modhvadiya
Financial Controller
Since joining the company in 2016, Lee has become an enthusiastic and essential member of both the finance and overall Clissold team. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities, shipping, as well as developing integrated management systems. He is also responsible for developing sustainable and environmental initiatives that reduce our energy consumption and overall impact on our environment.
Lauren Metcalfe
Sales and Accounts Administrator
Initially joining Clissold as an Apprentice Mender, Lauren honed her meticulous eye for detail and patience in correcting minor production defects. Now as our Sales and Accounts Administrator she has become a key part of our team in dealing with all aspects of order and purchase processing.
